far away as the San Francisco area to the southwest and South Lake Tahoe to the

centralized in the Bay Area, Tri-Valley, and local Central Valley areas...
Contractor/Owner Steven Landeros has been assisting homeowners, property managers
and realtors for over 25 years. He founded LRS in January 2002 so LRS is celebrating
its 10th anniversary!! His wife, Julie, is Administrative Manager and handles all of the job
scheduling, payroll, miscellaneous paperwork and accounting, marketing and maintains
this web site.
